CURRENT VACANCY: ARCHITECT

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect to work on a variety of educational and residential projects. 

We are looking for a key member of our team someone who is proactive, energetic and friendly. 

The applicant should have the following qualities and experience:
  • Management of projects through to completion
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Working knowledge of a range of building contracts
  • UK planning and building control regulations
  • Excellent verbal, written and AutoCAD/Revit Skills
  • Experience of all RIBA stage
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A high standard of architectural design
  • Full driving licence and access to a car is preferable
The role will require the successful candidate to work across the full spectrum of managing projects, including client liaison, responsibility for checking and co-ordination of drawings from other consultants, site coordination and contract administration.
