Peter Smith Associates is an award-winning architectural practice that was established in 1992 and has built a reputation for delivering high quality, innovative and economical building designs that are simple, sensitive to context, robust and well crafted.
We aim to deliver a high quality, personal and professional service that demonstrates value for money for our clients. We encourage and participate in collaborative working and believe that good communication, careful planning and consultation are key ingredients to a successful project.
We are practised with working with local authorities, large organisations, groups and individuals. We can perform our duties in the lead consultant role and we are equally skilled at working as architects in other frameworks, such as design and build or as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
Our ethos is to design buildings that deliver the clients' objectives and aspirations within the time and budget constraints of the project parameters. We believe this is exemplified by following robust processes that support the decision making process. Simplicity is key to our processes and our designs.
Our overall aim is to design internal and external spaces, buildings and environments that are functional, simplistic and inspiring but delight and surprise. We apply this level of thought and treatment to all projects, large and small
